HARVEY ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MINUTES
October 14, 2020
LOCATION: James Dillard room at Harvey High School
Meeting was called to order at 6:33pm by President: Judy Oberstar. Mark Wainwright, Chris Patyk, Mike and Barb Mohner, Duane and Tracy Grimes, Coach O, Michelle Boykins, Julie Hammond, and Marwin Walling were present.
September 09, 2020 Meeting Minutes: Barb motion to accept the minutes as presented. Chris seconded; September 09, 2020 meeting minutes were accepted as presented.
Financial Report: Barb presented the Financial Report. Julie moved to accept the financial report as presented. Chris seconded; motion carried.
Hall of Fame: Mike put a time line together for the hall of fame. The deadline for nominations is November 11, 2020 (athletes 2010 or before). The 2021 ceremony is scheduled for February 19, on the HHS Boys Basket Ball game day against Cornerstone Christian Academy. The next meeting is scheduled for November 18, 2020 at 6:00pm location to be announced.
Fundraisers: Mark gave an update on Corporate Sponsors and the amounts due to the Boosters.
Old Business: Mark motion to approve the $200 for the Athletic Boosters’ Harvey Huddle website. Barb seconded, motion carried.
New Business: None
Athletic Director’s Comments: Mr. Walling gave an update on COVID-19 Fall and Winter Sports via print out.
